These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KorAkara mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by KorAkara ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@korakara.fit if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Memberships and Billing

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date.
• Plan benefits, including class allowances and rollover limits, are described at the point of purchase and may vary by plan.

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

• Class bookings are subject to availability and capacity limits.
• You may cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the class start time.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future classes.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at team@korakara.fit and we will review your request.

6. Health and Safety

Participation in fitness classes carries inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that KorAkara is not liable for any injury arising from your participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share your account or resell access to the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members, instructors, or staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are owned by KorAkara or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Google (authentication). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting team@korakara.fit.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KorAkara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
